How It Works

1. Register as a Tadhkir affiliate at tadhkirapp.com/affiliate
2. Get your unique partner code and referral link
3. Share your link with clinics, salons, gyms, or any service business
4. When they subscribe, you earn commission for 12 months

Commission Structure

These rates are configuration, not fixed copy. They live in commission_tiers / commission_market_rates / commission_overrides and are edited from /admin/commission (ADR 0012). The affiliate dashboard, the homepage tier cards, the FAQ and the payout webhooks all read the same rows, so nothing can disagree with what is actually paid. The table below is the seeded default — check the admin page or your dashboard for the live figure.

Standard Commission

Africa Market Uplift

Referrals in the Nigeria and wider Africa markets earn +5 percentage points on top of the tier rate — so Platinum in Nigeria pays 20%, not 15%.

Commission is calculated on the monthly subscription value of each referred business and paid for 12 months from their sign-up date.

Example: You refer a Gulf clinic on the Pro plan (﷼399/month). At Gold tier (12%), you earn ﷼47.88/month × 12 months = ﷼574.56 from that one referral.

Civic Partner Commission

Affiliates targeting Nigerian elections, political parties, INEC offices, or community organisations earn a flat 25% commission. This is an override: it replaces the tier rate and the market uplift entirely rather than adding to them, and it applies automatically when the referred business signs up on a civic vertical.

To activate your civic referral link, go to your affiliate dashboard and select your client type (Aspirant, Party, INEC, or Community).

The 60-Day Gate

Commissions are held for 60 days before becoming available to withdraw. This protects against churn — if a referred business cancels within 60 days, the commission is forfeited.

• Pending = within the 60-day hold period
• Available = unlocked, ready to withdraw
• Paid = paid out to your account

The gate-check runs automatically every night. You'll see your balances update on your dashboard.

Tier Progression

Your tier is based on your total number of active referrals:

Tier upgrades happen automatically. Higher tiers earn higher rates on all future commissions, including existing referrals that are still within their 12-month window.

Rate changes work the same way: a commission already written to the ledger keeps the rate it was created with, so historic earnings are never repriced.

Civic Affiliates

Your civic referral link is: tadhkirapp.com/civic?ref=YOURCODE&type=aspirant (or party/inec/community). This link is shown in your dashboard once you select a client type.

Getting Paid

Step 1 — Set Your Payment Details

Go to Dashboard → Payment Details and enter:

• Bank transfer (account name, bank name, IBAN/account number)
• PayPal email
• Wise email

Step 2 — Request a Payout

Once you have an Available balance, click Request Payout and enter the amount. We process payouts within 5 business days.

Minimum Payout

There is no minimum payout amount — you can request any available balance.

Referral Tracking

• Link clicks are tracked server-side (logged to our database)
• When someone clicks your link, a cookie is set for 90 days
• If they sign up within 90 days, the referral is attributed to you
• You can see click counts and converted referrals in your dashboard

Rules & Compliance

• No self-referral — you cannot refer yourself or accounts you own
• No paid advertising on competitor brand keywords without prior written approval
• No spam — mass unsolicited messaging is grounds for account termination
• Civic messaging — must comply with WhatsApp Utility category rules (no campaign slogans)
• Tadhkir reserves the right to reverse commissions in cases of fraud or breach of terms

Frequently Asked Questions

When do I get paid? Within 5 business days of your payout request, to the payment details you've saved.

What if a business I referred cancels? If they cancel within the 60-day gate, the commission is forfeited. If they cancel after 60 days, you keep what you've already earned.

Can I refer businesses in any market? Yes. Your referral link works for all markets (Gulf, UK, USA, Africa, Ghana). Commission is calculated on whatever plan they subscribe to in their market.

How do I become a civic affiliate? In your affiliate dashboard, scroll to the Civic Partner Program panel and select your client type. Your civic referral link will be generated automatically.

Is there a limit to how much I can earn? No cap. Platinum affiliates with 50+ active referrals earn the Platinum rate (15% at current settings, 20% in the Africa markets) on all subscriptions for 12 months each.

Where do I check the current rates? Your affiliate dashboard always shows your live tier rate — it reads the same configuration the payout system uses.
