Frequently Asked Pricing Questions
Can I change plans? Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from Dashboard → Settings → Manage Billing. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
Is there a discount for annual billing? Annual billing discounts are coming soon. Contact [email protected] for enterprise annual quotes.
What happens if I exceed my reminder limit? Reminders are queued. On Starter and Pro plans, additional reminders that month are paused until the next billing cycle or you upgrade.
Do prices include VAT? Gulf prices are VAT-exclusive (15% VAT applies in Saudi Arabia). UK prices are VAT-inclusive where applicable. Nigerian prices are exclusive of applicable taxes.
